Brooklyn Spectacles premiered with an assortment of fifteen unique styles, purposed to emulate the look of wood and juxtapose a chic silhouette with an earthy finish. Made from acetate plastic surfaced with a wood-like finish in place of real timber, the innovative glasses offer a contemporary take on a classic look, while standing the test of time in both style and comfort. In response to the popularity of the initial Wood Collection, Brooklyn Spectacles subsequently introduced the Classic Collection made from classic acetate and the Metal Collection containing fashion-forward stainless steel frames. Each style plays homage to the brand’s Brooklyn locale by using names of streets, landmarks, and neighborhoods that dot the trendy New York borough.
