We caught up with Miami-based EDM/rap artist and producer Dashius Clay, Check out his interview here and learn about his music, recording and working ethic.
We were lucky enough to grab him for a beardsmen feature and learn more about his red beard, grooming routine and what it is like to work with some of the world’s top recording artists.
Dashius Clay is Miami-based EDM/rap artist and producer who became noticed in 2013 after a successful run of releases which landed him on the charts in Europe. Although he is mostly known for his own music, he has also produced records for such artists as Swagg Man, Chief Keef, and many more. He was writing, recording remixes, and producing for artists like Lady Gaga, Tiesto, Chromeo and Kendrick Lamar.
With over 1 million downloads combined in the first 2 years of his releases, Dashius Clay has made waves on the music scene from the moment he stepped foot in it. The infamous red-bearded Cali, Colombia native was starting to get noticed 2012 when he released his first EP – “Black Shades At Night”. This was filled with remixes and new versions of Tiesto, Afrojack, Diplo, Chromeo, deadmau5, and many more notable artists. Dashius has delivered an entirely new spin on EDM music, a new genre that has gained him instant recognition in the Electronic and Hip-Hop world.
What separates Dashius from the rest is how strong his following is, he labels these as the @Dashaholiks. A devoted set of fans who have been rapidly growing since his introduction. They have the type of presence that takes over all of social media, especially when he releases new music, videos or bearded interviews.
